The good news is that the conference will be going ahead with excellent local speakers and a pre-recorded Q&A session with prominent apologist Dr. James White!
But, sadly, due to Covid-19 we have had to postpone having Dr. White flying over from the USA.
When: Saturday 29th of August 2020
Where: Reformed Church of Christchurch, 61 Cornwall Street, St Albans, Christchurch 8014, New Zealand. (please note, this is a different venue from last year)
he said, “Do you believe in the Son of Man?”
“Who is he, sir?” the man asked. “Tell me so that I may believe in him.”
John 9:35b-36 NIV
Tell Me Conference is geared towards bringing together faithful biblical teaching with practical action. This conference aims to provide a sound theological framework for evangelism, as well as offering opportunities for fellowship and networking together. Our hope is to encourage the gospel to the forefront of Christian living by making this conference as accessible as possible. Therefore this is a free conference (lunch provided) and is open to anyone (families are warmly welcomed) who would like to develop in both sharing the gospel and biblical apologetics. Come and be encouraged, as God equips us to be more effective in our daily lives.
- If I could do it again (Roger Spicer). Sage evangelism advice to a younger me.
- The doctrine of the local church (Matthew Johnston). The responsibility of evangelists to be under the authority of a local church, as well as the responsibility of local churches to support local evangelists.
